We like being a company of few words, because actions speak louder. But here are some words we think do matter:
Self-determination
Diversity & inclusion
Economic parity
Self-determination for Indigenous people is a movement gaining momentum. In Indigenous communities it offers a game-changing proposition for us to ‘close the gap’, through our commitment to building an Indigenous economy. This benefits all Australia and thus, must be a whole of industry and community approach.
As an Aboriginal business Karnaji aims to develop and offer innovative ways to approach diversity & inclusion. If we can create pathways to participation at all levels, then economic parity can follow.
